Most career services are built around volume. A template is applied, keywords are inserted, and a document is delivered. The client rarely feels heard and the document rarely reflects who they actually are.

ClearPath was built on a different premise. The document is only as good as the conversation that precedes it. Understanding a client's actual career, the things they have built and delivered rather than the titles they have held, is what produces something worth sending.

The approach.

Every full engagement starts with a consultation call. Not a form or a questionnaire, a conversation. In that conversation I am listening for the things clients do not think to mention: the project that changed the organisation's direction, the team that would not have existed without them, the decision made under pressure that nobody else was willing to make.

Those are the things that make a CV at senior level. The rest is framing.
